Network Inventory 3.0 has many export and report features available, one method is to select the machines in the Machine tab you want to export/report and right click on them via popup menu and select either Export Selected or Report Selected. From the Export Selected > Standard you can export the data to Excel and Access. From the Export Selected > Individual File Format you can export the data to Text, PDF, Html, RTF, JPG formats. And from the Report Selected > To Screen you can open up a report builder dialog where you can print the data straight to the available printer or select the To File menu and report it to a file.
